How to Meditate?
Find a quiet place where you can comfortably sit - on the floor or a chair.
Close your eyes and breath normally
Focus on your breath
Let you mind follow the air into your mouth and lungs. Concentrate of the sensation.
When your mind wanders, and it will, simply refocus on your breathing.
Start with short periods of meditation and gradually extend the time.
You may find there are days when you don’t feel like meditating. That’s OK.
